The 2025 Regional Agricultural and Specialty Fair will take place over four days, from September 18 to 21, at the Economic and Trade Exhibition and Transaction Center, No. 489 Hoang Quoc Viet Street, Hanoi.
On the morning of September 18, the Agricultural Trade Promotion Center (under the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment) held the opening ceremony of the 2025 Regional Agricultural and Specialty Fair.
Speaking at the event, Nguyen Minh Tien, Director of the Agricultural Trade Promotion Center, emphasized that the fair aims to support localities, businesses, cooperatives, and agricultural production facilities in developing their business, expanding markets, and focusing more on the domestic market under the mottos “Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods” and “Vietnamese goods win over Vietnamese consumers.” At the same time, the event promotes branding, honors clean and safe agricultural, forestry, and fishery products, and serves as a bridge between cooperatives, businesses, and consumers, as well as between production and consumption.
With a scale of 60 booths on an area of 1,000 square meters, the fair brings together cooperatives, enterprises, and farmer associations from many provinces and cities such as Hanoi, Lang Son, Lao Cai, Son La, Thai Nguyen, Quang Ngai, Nghe An, Dak Lak, and more.
Exhibitors are showcasing famous specialty agricultural products tied to specific regions, including custard apples and products made from “mac mat” leaves from Lang Son; Thai Nguyen tea; one-sun dried fish from Quang Ninh; durians, avocados, and soursop from Dak Lak; durian cakes; dried vegetables, fruits, and many other unique regional specialties

The products displayed at the fair include agricultural, forestry, and fishery goods produced through organic and ecological farming methods, with the application of advanced technologies in production and processing.
